This policy explains how Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with NEXUS, the creative studio presented on this website.

1. Who we are

Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E., Commercial Licence No. 2647800.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. NEXUS is a service of Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ. For any privacy question, write to privacy@auraaia.com.

2. Who this policy covers

• Visitors to this website.
• People who contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, including to ask for a free brand analysis.
• Clients, and the people who work with us on their behalf.

3. What we collect

Visitors. This website has no forms and does not set its own cookies. To deliver the site and keep it secure, our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages and files requested. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its video player from cdnjs, run by Cloudflare, which receive the same kind of technical data. We may use cookieless, aggregated visitor statistics from our host to see how the site is used.

People who contact us. Your name, phone number or email address, your company and role, what you write, and any files you send us, such as renders, design files, product images, logos and brand guides.

Clients. Contact and billing details, including tax registration where it applies, briefs, approvals, feedback, and the material supplied for the work.

4. How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare a free brand analysis, a plan and a quote.
• To make and deliver the work agreed with a client, and to manage the relationship, invoicing and support.
• To keep this website and our systems secure and to prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
• To tell you about NEXUS work, only where you agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.

5. Material you send us

We use the renders, files and images you send only to prepare your analysis, quote and work. We do not publish them, or work made from them, without your approval. Where a client agrees, we may show finished work in our portfolio, as set out in that client’s agreement. Some of our production and storage tools are run by third party providers, which process the material to provide their service, under their own terms.

6. Legal bases

Under applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for some visitors, other laws such as the GDPR, we rely on your consent, on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations.

7. Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run NEXUS: website hosting, messaging and email, file transfer and storage, image, video and sound production tools (including generative tools), payment and accounting.
• Companies in the same group as Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ, where needed to deliver the work.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganised.

We do not sell personal data.

8. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our providers process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on the transfer mechanisms that applicable law allows.

9. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become work: up to 24 months from the last contact.
• Client records: for the length of the relationship, then up to 7 years for tax and accounting.
• Material sent for an enquiry or a project: for as long as the work needs it, and as agreed with the client.
• Marketing contacts: until you opt out.

10. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent. You may also complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, write to privacy@auraaia.com.

11. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and shows no advertising. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which handle your data under their own policies.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections for this website and access limited to the people who need it.

13. Children

NEXUS is a service for businesses. This website is not directed to children.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
