Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of this website and your enquiries to NEXUS, a service of Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you accept them.

1. About us

Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E., Commercial Licence No. 2647800.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. 2. What this website is

This website describes NEXUS and shows examples of our work. It is information, not an offer that can be accepted. Services, packages and examples may change.

3. Enquiries, the free brand analysis and quotes

• Sending us material, receiving a free brand analysis, or receiving a plan or a quote does not create an engagement and places no obligation on either side.
• An engagement starts only when both sides agree it in writing, for example a signed agreement or a written quote accepted in writing.
• When you send us material, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for this purpose.

4. Engagements

The scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, approvals, ownership of the work and termination of each Launch package or Monthly package are set out in the written agreement for it. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails on what it covers.

5. How our work is made

Our films and designs are made digitally from the material a client provides, using image, video and sound software, including generative tools, and are directed and finished by people. Nothing is filmed. We show a client’s building, room or product as it appears in the client’s own material and do not invent features of what is sold. The client approves the direction, the scripts and the finished work before release, and is responsible for the accuracy of what the work claims and for any advertising permits its market requires, such as permits for property advertising.

6. Our content and marks

This website, its text, design and films belong to Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ or are shown with permission. NEXUS and the NEXUS wordmark are trademarks of Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy, download, edit or reuse its films or content without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the material and information you share in an enquiry as confidential and use it only to prepare your analysis, plan and quote, unless you agree otherwise.

8. Using the website

You must not use the website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt it.

9. No warranty

The website is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, and our total liability under these terms is limited to AED 5,000. This does not limit or extend liability under a client agreement, which has its own terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or, if both sides agree, to arbitration under DIAC rules in Dubai, in English.
